Salary: GBP £50k to £55k

What you’ll do

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll lead strategic, high-value research and consultancy projects and accounts. You’ll enjoy developing relationships and maximising value for our clients and us. You will use your expertise to deliver and embed transformative insights, build new business and play a key role in shaping our future.

Strategic Advisory & Impactful Delivery

Applying your extensive agency experience, you will act as a true strategic partner, leading teams to help clients navigate and enact real change. You will move beyond data delivery to ensure our recommendations are embedded at every level of a client’s organisation, providing the senior oversight needed to ensure large-scale projects remain actionable.

Business Winning & Account Growth

You will drive a commercial and entrepreneurial approach. You will build the trusted relationships that turn one-off projects into enduring strategic partnerships.

Leadership & Global Innovation

You will act as an expert representing MHM as a thought leader through articles and conference speaking. You’ll also identify new innovation opportunities that keep our global offering at the cutting edge and collaborate flexibly with our global team.
