The role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive Project Support Assistant to join our team in a brand-new role designed to streamline our operations. This is a brilliant entry-level opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, highly adaptable, and ready to make a real impact across multiple areas of our business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety in their workday and wants to build a broad foundational skill set. You will take ownership of essential day-to-day administrative, system, and data tasks, handling multiple fast-turnaround projects concurrently.

What you’ll be doing

  • Survey Testing & Quality Assurance: Undertake the testing phases for our face-to-face and online surveys. You will rigorously test logic, links, and functionality to ensure surveys are error-free before going live.
  • Data checking: Apply a high level of attention to detail to check survey data.
  • Proof reading and data proofing: You’ll proofread survey scripts, proofread reports and check data in reports.
  • Participant liaison: Supporting recruitment for qualitative projects, ensuring they have the required information, attending the session and supporting logistics.
  • Project Management Support: Using the Scoro project management system to build projects, track tasks, construct Gantt charts and schedule invoices.
  • Website & Content Support: Keep our digital presence fresh by working on our website, formatting and uploading new case studies, and helping to showcase our best work.
  • Internal Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues across the company, acting as an adaptable, all-round backbone to keep multi-stage projects moving forward seamlessly.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required to support the wider team.

About You

You’re naturally curious, highly organised, and eager to learn how deep insights and great strategies are built from the ground up. With fantastic people skills, you love working with different teams and supporting those around you in a fast-paced agency environment. You balance a structured, rigorous approach to your tasks with a creative mindset, and you are the kind of person who notices the little details others might miss, enjoys connecting the dots, and thrives on keeping projects moving smoothly.

Experience and skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint (or similar)
