Join us

We’re MHM, global leaders in audience strategy, and you’ll join us as a Project Manager to help clients turn insight into action and transform audience connection. You’ll join a sharp, supportive team of brilliant minds, brave ideas, and big hearts working with clients that stretch from Manchester to Melbourne, Riyadh to New York.

What you’ll get

  • Work on projects that shape culture around the world, with a particular focus on clients in the GCC.
  • Take the operational lead on flagship projects for major cultural venues.
  • A remote-first role designed for maximum impact without the need for routine travel.
  • Learn by doing, stretch your skills, and build your voice, backed by a global team that wants you to thrive.

The role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record to manage the operational delivery of high-profile projects with major cultural institutions globally, with a particular focus in the GCC. You will own the project setup, master the timetable, and ensure everything runs on time and within budget. You’ll have experience of leading diverse teams through change, whilst serving as the primary day-to-day contact for the client team. You’ll coordinate our internal project leads and external subcontractors to keep deliverables on track and standards exceptionally high.

While projects are delivered primarily in English, fluency or knowledge of Arabic and/or experience in the gulf region are helpful. Cultural or audience research experience are welcome bonuses.

What you’ll be doing

  • Timetable, planning and budget excellence: You will set up, monitor, and manage the master project plan, schedule, and budget. By anticipating risks and tracking milestones closely, you will make sure the project is delivered efficiently and profitably from start to finish.
  • Client liaison: A confident communicator, you will be the calm, clear face of MHM for the client team. You’ll handle day-to-day communications, manage timelines and keep all stakeholders aligned and informed as the programme progresses. You will be key in managing change and challenges, working closely with the project lead and client to resolve issues.
  • Team coordination: You will manage getting things done across our specialists and external partners, ensuring everyone has what they need to deliver top-tier work on time.

About you

  • You’re an organised and experienced project manager who turns complex schedules and deliverables into clear, actionable workflows.
  • You bring excellent organisational, leadership and stakeholder management skills with the proven ability to plan and coordinate multiple interdependent workstreams, manage budgets and contracts.
  • You’ll have a proven ability to remain decisive and adaptable under tight client deadlines or shifting project parameters.
  • You bring calm clarity to fast-paced environments, love bringing people together and know how to keep projects moving forward smoothly.
  • You step forward to identify potential issues and find solutions.

You’ll do well here if you:

  • Keep projects on track: Turn complex plans into structured timelines and managed budgets.
  • Build strong relationships: Communicate simply and persuasively with client teams and project partners alike.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams: Love collaborating, lifting others up, and orchestrating smooth workflows across varied teams.
  • Thrive in global cultural contexts: Have a global mindset with a passion for high-impact cultural and audience projects.
  • Bonus skills: Arabic language skills are highly beneficial, as is experience in the GCC region.
  • Previous experience or familiarity with the cultural sector is a plus.
  • Knowledge of market research, audience strategy or visitor evaluation would also give you a flying start.
