Join us

We’re MHM, global leaders in audience strategy, and you’ll join us as a Client Accounts Executive to help clients turn insight into action and transform audience connection.

You’ll join a sharp, supportive team of brilliant minds, brave ideas, and big hearts working with clients that stretch from Manchester to Melbourne, Riyadh to New York.

What you’ll get

  • To support projects that shape culture around the world. That means buses, trains or planes to be with clients and build audience understanding.
  • Hybrid-First (Manchester) or Remote working, outcome-focused. 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays (the opportunity to buy/sell holidays too).
  • Free Museums Association pass, Climate perks and Working from Abroad. Summer and Christmas parties.
  • Annual pay reviews, uncapped profit-related bonus, and referral rewards when you help us find brilliant new people.

The role

As a Client Accounts Executive, you’ll work collaboratively, to help build new and existing relationships grounded in client needs. You’ll support the delivery of transformative client work and audience strategies and surface and share great content from our client work. The role plays a key part in how we build relationships, deliver value, and grow our impact.

What you’ll be doing

Account & Project Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted, consistent point of contact for consultants and clients alike.
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic consultancy and insight projects—keeping timelines, actions, logistics, and documents strictly on track to deliver work on time, on budget, and profitably.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between project teams and clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and adapting flexibly to shifting scopes with a solutions-focused mindset.

Consultancy & Audience Insight

  • Support the delivery of research, insights, and strategies that help clients connect more powerfully with their target audiences.
  • Assist teams across research tasks—including survey design, desk research, focus group recruitment/fieldwork logistics, and preparing high-quality, "client-ready" decks, workshops, and reports.
  • Work directly as part of consultancy teams on project delivery, collaborating with colleagues to translate data into transformative insights, compelling narratives, and actionable recommendations.

Business Development & Proposals

  • Help create, scope, and coordinate winning proposals, pitches, and procurement portal/RFP requirements to drive sales and business growth plans.
  • Proactively manage client connections during active projects and interim periods to foster long-term loyalty and identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with clients and colleagues to devise innovative ways consultancy can provide continuous value, while aiding in the professional development and skillbuilding of your peers.

About You

You’re naturally curious, highly organised, and eager to learn. With brilliant people skills, you love working with different teams and supporting those around you in a fast-paced agency environment. You balance a structured, rigorous approach to your tasks with a creative mindset, and you are the kind of person who notices the little details others might miss, enjoys connecting the dots, and thrives on keeping operations moving smoothly.

You’ll do well here if you:

  • Excel at turning complex insights and client briefs into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Thrive in a busy, commercial environment with a dynamic, multifaceted workload.
  • Bring a collaborative, proactive mindset and love lifting others up as part of a team.
  • Have a passion for learning and continuously developing your skills across research, strategy, and account management.
  • Possess desirable language skills—particularly Arabic (Saudi) or Swedish—to support international accounts and diverse audiences.
