Prestigious Client in Daventry is seeking an experienced Health and Safety administrator together with compliance and HR experience. The role involves:

  • Health & Safety Administration - Maintain Health & Safety records, training matrices, accident records and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate mandatory training, PPE records, contractor documentation and compliance activities.
  • Liaise with the Company's outsourced Health & Safety provider to arrange audits, inspections and statutory compliance activities.
  • Monitor expiry dates for training, inspections, risk assessments and certifications.
  • Support the implementation and communication of Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Compliance & Administration - Ensure HR documentation complies with employment legislation and Company policies.
  • Support policy rollouts, audits and compliance reporting.
  • Maintain GDPR compliance for employee records.

Knowledge of Payroll would also be advantageous.

Monday to Friday 40 hr week. No hybrid working.
