We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver fit out projects.

You will manage projects from set-up to handover, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, to budget and to the required quality standards.

The role

You will take responsibility for day-to-day project delivery, leading site teams, subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, design teams and internal colleagues.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage fit out projects, including site activities, labour, subcontractors, materials and programme delivery.
  • Plan project set-up, resourcing, procurement and site logistics.
  • Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, quality standards and client requirements.
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships through clear communication and regular progress updates.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance, quality, cost, programme and health and safety standards.
  • Promote safe working practices and ensure compliance with company procedures, legislation and project requirements.
  • Drive high-quality, snag-free handovers through regular site inspections and proactive issue resolution.
  • What we are looking for
  • Experience managing construction, refurbishment or fit out projects.
  • Strong knowledge of site management, programme delivery, subcontractor coordination and quality control.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to understand cost, programme and project impacts.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with clients, project teams and supply chain partners.
  • A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach, with a clear commitment to health, safety, quality and environmental compliance.
  • Relevant construction, site management and health and safety qualifications are desirable.
