We are seeking a talented and motivated Recruitment Resourcer/Business Delivery Executive to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside an experienced team and the managing partners, contributing to both talent delivery and business growth initiatives.
As a Recruitment Resourcer/Business Delivery Executive at MM Search, you will play a crucial role in supporting our managing partners throughout the end-to-end recruitment and business development process. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and engage with top-tier candidates who possess the skills and experience required by our clients, while also supporting lead generation and client engagement activities. You will work closely with consultants and leadership teams to research talent pools, conduct market analysis, identify prospective client targets, and utilise innovative sourcing and outreach techniques to maintain strong pipelines of both candidates and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the team to define candidate profiles and requirements for various search assignments.
- Conduct thorough research and market analysis to identify potential candidates across multiple channels and platforms, including creating talent maps.
- Utilise various sourcing techniques, including database searches, networking, targeted outreach, and job boards, to attract and engage with potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline by proactively sourcing and nurturing relationships with potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our internal systems (Ezekia).
- Assist in the coordination of interviews, assessments, and other recruitment processes.
- Keep abreast of market trends, industry news, and talent acquisition best practices to bring fresh insights and ideas to the team.
- Support business development activity by identifying and researching prospective client organisations and key decision-makers.
- Generate new business leads through market mapping, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and targeted research.
- Proactively contact prospective clients to introduce MM Search's services and arrange introductory meetings for Managing Partners.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and follow-up activity between prospective and existing clients and the Managing Partners.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activity, lead pipelines, and client engagement within internal systems.
- Assist in developing strategic target lists and identifying opportunities for growth across key sectors and markets.
- 1 year experience working in a customer-facing role is desirable.
- Strong research and sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage with passive candidates and prospective clients.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships and engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in candidate evaluation, lead generation, and data management.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
