We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Solicitor with strong Business Development acumen to join our busy Residential Conveyancing team. The ideal candidate would be 5 years+ PQE with an excellent reputation and ideally a following.
Key Responsibilities- To advise and support clients on all matters relating to Residential Conveyancing from instruction through to completion and registration including purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages.
- To be actively involved in business development, researching and developing leads.
- A high level of commercial awareness with strong attention to detail and good drafting skills.
- Conscientious, hardworking, with developed critical thinking abilities and excellent communication, organisation and analytical skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and support more junior staff members.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines, targets and client protocols while maintaining high standards in terms of accuracy and quality.
- You will be organised, efficient, work well as part of a team and have the ability to use your own initiative.
- You will have excellent IT skills and have the ability to pick up new systems easily.
- You will be dedicated and personable, with a positive can-do attitude.
