Key Responsibilities of the Client Onboarding Administrator
- Monitoring the firm’s onboarding system to ensure that new files are opened using the correct procedure.
- Interact with new clients to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience, addressing inquiries, and providing necessary information.
- Dealing with compliance procedures including Solicitor Checks, ID Documents, evidence of funds, conflict checks and AML/KYC processes, using specialised software.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with teams and clients, keeping them informed about the onboarding progress.
- Preparing client engagement letters and virtual files.
- Communicate with clients regarding matter related issues under the supervision of the fee earner.
- As requested by the Fee Earner produce work for clients to a standard that will maintain the Firm’s reputation.
The Suitable Candidate…
- Will have a minimum of GCSE English and Maths at A-C/4-9 or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst adhering to time constraints.
- Enthusiastic and keen to offer support to the team and be relied on.
- Excellent IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
- Ability to use own initiative and demonstrate excellent team working skills.
