Due to growing demand, we have an exciting opportunity for a top‑calibre, experienced Recruiter to join our team in a primarily delivery‑focused role. You will manage and fulfill challenging executive search and contingent recruitment projects in the renewables, energy and engineering product markets, with a primary focus on the Netherlands.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experienced Recruitment / Talent Partner, adept at building new networks from scratch and fulfilling challenging briefs.
- Highly proactive, creative, and innovative in building multi‑channel campaigns (email, mobile, LinkedIn, video) and enthusiastic about pitching opportunities to build relationships.
- AI‑savvy and able to use automation tools to efficiently drive candidate acquisition while maintaining a human touch.
- Client‑facing, delivering first‑class experience to both customer and candidate, fostering repeat business and referrals.
- Strong interpersonal skills, genuine interest in people and natural warmth, establishing yourself as a trusted talent partner of choice.
