Our client, a fast-growing company working at the intersection of gaming and AI, is seeking AI Trainers to support the development of next-generation interactive experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong attention to detail, a passion for gaming, and an interest in narrative design or AI technologies.
Role Overview
As an AI Trainer, you will work closely with creative and technical teams to improve the accuracy and performance of AI models used in immersive, story-driven virtual environments. This role involves detailed content annotation, reviewing AI responses, and supporting world-building tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Annotate and review content across dialogue, quests, scenes, and character interactions
- Support world-building through character profiles, narrative details, and setting descriptions
- Evaluate AI responses using established quality guidelines
- Maintain consistency and accuracy in all annotated data
- Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing model development
Candidate Profile
- Fluent English speaker
- Strong interest in gaming, particularly narrative or story-focused titles
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines
- Confident communicator who can provide clear, constructive feedback
- Comfortable working in a flexible and dynamic environment
Desirable Experience (Not Essential)
