Summary of Position: We are looking for a Coordinator to join our fast-paced and forward-thinking commercial team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for setting up the retail partners with all product level data, supplying banners and supporting assets, and working with Operations to track stock and PO movements. The role will communicate with internal and external stakeholders, such as key retailer contacts and the internal Operations team, ensuring that product launches and campaigns launch on time, and that the relevant sales orders are dispatched in a timely manner. This is a hybrid role, 3 days per week at a work location (our Marylebone office, stores, customer sites etc) and 2 days from home.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Account Management Support (70%)
- Create and maintain excellent working relationships with key account contacts across multiple countries and teams.
- Retailers key contact for order management including allocations and ensuring retailers place orders to deadlines.
- Track retailer POs from end-to-end, managing expectations in delivery date, fulfilment rates and sales revenue with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be the source of all retailer needs and deadlines for the Wholesale team, understanding the complexities per country and/or retailer and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met.
- Work with retailer platforms to upload new product submissions, ensuring accuracy with product details and multiple currencies.
- Liaise with Global teams to manage all retailer submission deadlines and receiving vital information required ahead of retailer specific deadlines.
- Responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to get products certified for import into relevant markets.
- Maintain assortments and pricelists for all retailers and Global teams.
- Work with Account Managers to manage assortment updates, including but not limited to; new launches, discontinued products and SKU transitions.
- Order product samples to be delivered to retailers ahead of launch.
- Update Global tracking documents to receive product samples, continuously working with Global teams to improve processes.
- Work with Retail team to collate feedback from (retailer) stores that influence account decisions.
- Attend internal inventory meetings and be fully up to date on stock availability, including in-DC to communicate to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage retailer returns quantities, value and process with Operations team.
- Marketing (10%)
- Update and maintain Wholesale product launch cadence documents at local and global level as agreed with Senior Wholesale Manager and Brand teams.
- Provide all banners and assets for all new launches and campaigns on .com partners.
- Maintenance of retailer websites, including updates and weekly checks ensuring the Morphe brand is represented to a high standard.
- Work with Global Copy team and external translations agency to provide copies in correct languages to retailers in-line with their requirements.
- Reporting (10%)
- Collate monthly stock holding reports from retail partners, working with Planning department to feed into Inventory plan.
- Produce monthly reports from retail partners, and share category and sku analysis with the sales team, with a focus on new product performance.
- Monitor competitor and retailer activity, maintaining a strong understanding of the cosmetics industry.
- Produce ad hoc industry deep dive reports, such as market research for new categories, brands and pricing reviews.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous wholesale/national accounts experience strongly preferred, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Experience of working with marketing teams.
- Ability and confidence to work collaboratively with internal and external partners, retailers and stakeholders and to effectively resolve challenges or roadblocks.
- Excellent customer service skills – ability to work independently and use initiative, always striving for beneficial resolution.
- Outstanding time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Effective problem solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must work well in dynamic, evolving business environments.
- Must be able to manipulate data manually, predominantly through Excel functionality, to gauge trends.
- Passion for the make-up industry essential.
- Excellent computer skills: MS Office Suite required.
