This is a hybrid role, 3 days in our London office (Marylebone) and 2 days from home.
Summary of Position
Morphe is looking for a dynamic, creative, strategic Influencer Marketing Senior Specialist who will play a key role in shaping the influencer marketing strategy, managing campaigns and growing the Morphe influencer presence.
This role will support the Head of PR & Influencer Relations – UK, EMEA in all Influencer Relations activities having a fundamental role in growing this sales channel of the business, as well as manage specialised influencer marketing/PR agencies and cross-functional departments, retail, education, operations, and wholesale distribution partnerships.
Additionally, this position plays a key role in sample coordination for events, with external suppliers and nurturing and growing relationships to deliver increased consumer engagement and commercial success as measured by regular performance reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Influencer Relations (60%)
- Develop and execute innovative influencer marketing strategies that align with industry trends & brand goals across the UK, Ireland and European markets
- Manage and nurture relationships with influencers, ensuring long-term partnerships that drive brand awareness and engagement across the UK, Ireland and European markets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global social team to align and integrate influencer strategies ensuring brand awareness and selection of talent is in line with brand goals.
- Implement and manage influencer paid campaigns end-to-end.
Identify and curate talent to support key launches via a combination of creative ideas, always thinking about our end goal and targets.
- Negotiate rates and deliverables to maximise engagement, manage legal contracting, ensure comprehensive briefings and oversee content delivery.
- Own the influencer database via Creator IQ and offline for Morphe’s own ‘little black book’, continuing to build seeking new talent as well as retaining core fans.
Research and identify influencers and cultural tastemakers within beauty and key lifestyle verticals, as identified by the brand teams.
Curate a tiered network of influencers who are a strong brand fit and commercial drivers.
Build relationships with talent managers and key contacts at social networks.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of all influencer / creator campaigns, benchmarking against prior campaigns, reporting to the wider business on ROI and share of voice.
Develop and deliver comprehensive reports on marketing performance, using key tools to extract data-driven insights to optimise future strategies.
- Manage influencer marketing agency partners, overseen by the Head of PR/IR and junior team members within this division.
- Keep up to date with industry developments, trends, platforms (mainly Creator IQ), and best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally, to align influencer marketing efforts with overall brand goals.
Prioritising different markets dependent on trade/commercial needs.
- Support retail marketing activities as needed (events, pop-ups, exclusive content), deliver results in line with channel and regional market goals).
- Work closely with the global social/IR team to expand knowledge and growth in this space.
This includes managing weekly internally global calls as well as overseeing all comms for external influencer relations agency, alongside Head of PR/IR.
- Support with paid social best practice, to amplify influencer and creator content, to reach new / targeted audiences and sustain virality around campaigns, driving an uplift in organic and direct traffic
- Manage organic influencer activations from ideation to execution, including the production of regional influencer mailers, and local community-building events across the UK, Ireland and Europe.
- PR & IR Sample Co-ordination (20%)
- Organising and fulfilling PR & IR sample requests, logging all influencer enquiries and mail outs (including booking in couriers where applicable) quickly and efficiently.
- Sending out bulk influencer mailers for launch campaigns, as well as manage branded creative mailers.
- Day-to-day liaison with all external UK & EMEA PR agencies regarding samples.
- Co-ordinating the delivery of all PR & IR sample products in UK & EMEA from start to end tracking, with a focus on PR agencies in local markets.
This will include close collaboration with internal and external shipping, and operations teams to organise PR & IR samples for all in-house opportunities, PR agencies key launches and activations across UK & EMEA.
- Have regular contact with all UK & EMEA PR agencies around samples and when needed supply the agency with new imagery and any other relevant information.
- Ordering and placing inventory request forms/manual orders for all press & influencer samples for UK & EMEA, across the portfolio of FORMA Brands, for NPD, replenishment, call ins, one-off and ongoing day-to-day PR & IR requests.
- Respond to live real-time day-to-day PR & IR requests and internal PR & IR focuses, relating to sample coordination.
- Ability to prioritise VIP PR & IR opportunities, and working proactively to not ‘miss a moment’
- PR & IR stock management of the in-house and PR agency in-office stock system and discontinued system.
- Managing the stock cupboard (products, bags, branded boxes collateral, etc) and keeping the PR stock up to date and organised.
- Attending all inventory calls and providing regular updates to key stakeholders both internally and externally, whilst working closely with global planning and operations teams.
- Forward planning of all non-sellable allocation pipeline and budgets for PR & IR samples in line with brand launch and marketing calendar.
- Work closely with the Operations team to align all sample orders to the key product marketing and brand focuses and PR & IR goals.
- In-Market Brand Events (20%)
- Work in partnership with key leaders to manage and execute cross-functional PR & IR in person/virtual/in-store studio Morphe event initiatives, assets, new retailer partnerships, new store openings and high-profile events and VIP appearances, whilst ensuring project goals and objectives are achieved within budget and on time.
- Organise PR & IR samples for all PR agencies press days and events across UK, Ireland and Europe.
- Distributing stock for events and activations in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
- Day-to-day administrative duties such as coverage clipping and tracking, timely response to PR/IR queries and liaison with suppliers.

Required Skills & Experience
- Process oriented, highly organised with impeccable attention to detail, self-motivated, with the ability to both follow direction and work under own initiative.
- Extensive experience working with influencer marketing software/system i. e. Tribe, Traackr and/or Creator IQ.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with proven results, and the ability to build effective internal and external stakeholder relationships at all levels, both locally and remotely.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects on a day-to-day basis, with a positive attitude.
- Enthusiastic team-player, results-driven, proactive, and highly motivated with an overall can-do attitude.
- Flexible within a fast-paced working environment.

- 3-4 years of experience in PR/Comms/Influencer Relations experience working in PR/Influencer Relations, ideally with either product agency or in-house.
A passion for the brand and industry is critical.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure, to quickly identify solutions to challenges and to work with a diverse range of stakeholder demands.
