- Inventory Optimisation & Accuracy: Maintain rigorous inventory accuracy between 3PL and internal systems, conducting regular reconciliations and driving prompt resolution of discrepancies in collaboration with the Senior Customer Supply Planner. Partner with the Senior Customer Supply Planner to develop and execute inventory balancing strategies across UK and PL warehouses, contributing commercial insight to prioritisation decisions. Independently manage e-commerce channel inventory availability, proactively resolving fulfilment issues to protect website sell-through and customer experience.
- Process Improvement & Commercial Impact: Take ownership of continuously evaluating existing supply chain processes — including order management, inbound logistics, inventory control, and returns — to identify inefficiencies and areas of opportunity, autonomously driving improvements from identification through to execution. Develop clear process documentation and embed new ways of working across relevant teams and systems, ensuring improvements are sustainable and scalable. Build and maintain reporting that delivers actionable insight on supply chain performance, using data to drive decision-making and influence stakeholders across commercial, finance, and operations functions.
