Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Hybrid role: 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home.

Summary of Position

Morphe is seeking a dedicated Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to enhance the finance function by providing strategic insight, financial analysis, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s quarterly budgeting process, partnering with functional leaders to develop forecasts for revenue and spend, ensuring assumptions are challenged and controlled
• Act as a strategic business partner to the Morphe EMEA team, analyzing results and recommending actions to improve performance, and explaining variances versus budgets
• Develop models to stress test budget inputs and demonstrate ROI against spend initiatives
• Prepare monthly FP&A reports and decks, summarizing business and industry trends and providing actionable insights
• Maintain customer price lists and provide periodic recommendations on pricing changes
• Manage contra revenue (rebates, returns, promotional offerings) to optimize revenue, time expense recognition, and ensure compliance with terms
• Support month-end processes to deliver accurate, on-time closes with audit-ready documentation

Required Skills & Experience

• CIMA or similar accountancy qualifications strongly preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced environment combining commercial finance & strategy
• Ability to work well in dynamic, evolving business environments
• Experience in FMCG with understanding of gross margins and profit drivers in consumer goods (preferred)
• Highly analytical with strong communication of outcomes
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Strong grasp of reporting systems, ideally NetSuite
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with cross-functional collaboration

Compensation

From GBP £62,000 to GBP £65,000 per year
