Summary of Position: The Education Executive is a specialist training role within the region, working in close partnership with the Education Manager. As a skilled trainer and content creator, you will play a vital role in expanding Morphe's education function across Europe and into new retail partners. This role requires exceptional training delivery skills combined with strong organisational capabilities: you'll deliver impactful, engaging training sessions that inspire retail teams and drive commercial results, create localised education content that aligns with global brand messaging, while also managing the logistics and administration that ensure our education programs and events run seamlessly across markets. This is a hybrid role, 3 days per week in the office/travelling, 2 days from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver impactful, engaging and informative training sessions (virtual and in-person) across the markets that inspire retail teams and drive product knowledge, brand love, selling techniques and customer engagement.
  • Support the rollout of new launch trainings, onboarding trainings and certification programs in our Selfridges business.
  • Create local education content including presentations, workbooks, digital tutorials and assessments that support retention and brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to ensure timely delivery of accurate translated education material for each region/market.
  • Manage day-to-day logistics of training sessions including product ordering, shipment coordination, gratis tracking, and inventory management.
  • Maintain education makeup kits in excellent condition, ensuring alignment with current product assortment and ensure all training materials align with each retailer assortment.
  • Responsible for coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation for training sessions across EMEA.
  • Track training attendance, collate feedback, and prepare reports on training effectiveness.
  • Track Certification Programme & artistry development.
  • Track education impact through KPI reporting alongside Field & National Accounts team.
  • Support the Education Manager with budget tracking across all education expenses.
  • Adapt training style and content to suit different audiences, markets, and retail environments while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Keep field sales teams, retail partners, commercial teams and marketing teams informed of upcoming training sessions and education activities.
  • Manage team gratis.
  • Support at brand facing events, such as roadshows, and PR events.
  • Build and foster strong relationships with retail and education partners across all retailers in region.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in beauty education, training, or retail education roles.
  • Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in creating digital content and presentation materials (PowerPoint, Acrobat, InDesign, iMovie).
  • Willingness to travel regularly across European region with overnight stays (approximately 30% travel).
  • Flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends for marketing/PR/IR events.
  • Professional makeup artistry skills and strong product knowledge in the beauty industry.
  • Multilingual capabilities: German, Spanish, Italian preferred.
  • Experience working across multiple European markets preferred.

Travel Requirements:

  • 30% travel (European domestic and international).
  • 70% London Head Office/remote.
