We are on the lookout for a creative powerhouse who knows their way around photoshop, has a sharp eye for detail, and is not afraid of a little (or a lot of) colour and fun! This maternity cover role is perfect for someone who thrives in the world of image retouching, digital content creation and feels right at home behind a camera with a solid grip on studio lighting.
You’ll oversee post-production, manage the creation of visual assets and act as lead photographer during monthly photoshoots. Bonus points if you’ve been dabbling in the world of AI-generated imagery—we love mixing the latest tech with our costume creativity!
Key Responsibilities- Image Retouching & Digital Content Creation
- Manage all image editing, from initial brief to final output.
- Provide precise, actionable briefs and clear feedback for our in-house retoucher.
- Experiment with AI image tools like Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, chat gpt.
- Use Photoshop (and other tools) to contribute where necessary, including skin retouching, colour correction, compositing, and background adjustments.
- Maintain visual consistency, ensuring all imagery meets brand quality standards.
- Photography & Studio Support
- Confidently lead the team on-set during key studio or location shoots.
- Ability to set up studio lighting and camera equipment.
- Direct models and work with stylists to capture vibrant, world class images and videos.
- Asset & Workflow Management
- Work closely with the design and marketing teams to understand visual needs and manage the handover of finished assets.
- Align with garment technologists to ensure products are portrayed accurately in final images.
- Manage freelance and agency invoices.
- Project & Budget Oversight
- Ensure deadlines are met and work progresses according to the production timeline.
- Source and coordinate freelance talent and agencies, ensuring value and quality.
