We are operating a premium, private members’ gym in the heart of central London, exclusively serving a health-conscious community of professionals. We’re building out our team and looking for passionate, driven Personal Trainers and Class Instructors who are ready to take the next step in their career.

This is a genuine launchpad role. Our club is a premium, private fitness facility in one of London’s most prestigious addresses, and we’re looking for newly qualified or early-career Personal Trainers and Class Instructors who are ready to grow in an environment that reflects the standard they want to operate at.

You’ll be working with a motivated, health-conscious membership base, with access to a premium facility and a team invested in your development. If you’re passionate about your craft, eager to build your client base, and want to do it somewhere that takes fitness seriously, this is the right place to start.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Newly qualified or 1–2 years into your PT or instructing career
  • Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or equivalent)
  • Enthusiastic, coachable, and genuinely passionate about what you do
  • Professional in your approach and presentation
  • Eager to grow a freelance client base in a quality setting
