We're looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our welcoming team at 23 Cosmetic Dental Clinic in Morpeth.
Full-time position – 40 hours per week
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays, working flexibly between 8:00am – 6:00pm
Competitive salary – dependent on experience
Fully private practice established for over 25 years, with a trusted reputation for delivering exceptional patient care.
- Lead a modern, purpose-built practice with two ground-floor surgeries.
- Manage and support a highly experienced, friendly team in a collaborative environment.
- Oversee a practice providing a wide range of treatments, including general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, and dental implants.
- Work closely with a supportive Operations Manager and Business Partners to drive practice performance, team development, and continued growth.
- Play a key role in maintaining an exceptional patient journey while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
Please note that as part of your role, you’ll be the Registered Manager for this practice.

- A healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus, but not essential.

- Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team.
