About the Role We are seeking a Marketing Associate, Investor Development to support the execution of marketing initiatives that promote Morningstar DBRS's research, thought leadership, brand and credit expertise to institutional investors across Europe and APAC.
Working closely with the Marketing Strategy and Investor Development teams, this role helps strengthen investor engagement through integrated marketing campaigns, research distribution, events and targeted communications.
The position offers exposure to a broad range of investor-focused marketing activities and provides the opportunity to support the distribution of Morningstar DBRS research and thought leadership across multiple markets.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented and eager to develop a career in financial services marketing, with strong communication skills, excellent project coordination abilities and an interest in capital markets and institutional investors.
Responsibilities Campaign Coordination financial services experience is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organisational and project management abilities.
Interest in financial markets, supported by strong analytical and numeracy skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power Point, and experience with Bloomberg, Ipreo, Markit or similar data platforms.
Self-motivated, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
Base Salary Compensation Range GBP 35,200.00-46,933.33 Bonus
Target: 5% Annual We expect the compensation and target bonus for this role to fall within the stated range.
The specific compensation offered will depend on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and other job-related factors.
