Morningside Primary School and Children’s Centre is a culturally and ethnically diverse, two-form entry primary school catering to children aged 3-11. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hackney for a Pastoral Manager. The Pastoral Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the pastoral care system to support student well-being and development. Responsibilities include coordinating support plans, liaising with parents and external agencies, monitoring student progress, and implementing intervention strategies. The role also involves promoting positive behavior, managing attendance, and contributing to safeguarding practices within the school environment.
