NPD Technologist – The Role
Morning Foods is looking for a flexible, enthusiastic, and self-motivated person to assist in the creation and implementation of products from concept to market launch.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Trend research and benchmarking
- Sample preparation
- Recipe creation
- Assisting with customer presentations
- Completion of customer and process documentation
- Compiling cooking instructions, assessing product shelf-life and processing nutritional data
Qualifications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- An understanding of the food manufacturing industry
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to plan, prioritise and work to deadlines
- Proactivity, drive and enthusiasm
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creativity and a passion for innovation
- Ability to multitask and a willingness to work cross-functionally across multiple departments and provide information for colleagues where required
