Location: Crewe, CW2 6HP Salary: Competitive Job Type: Permanent, Full Time About Us: Mornflake produces cereal products from sites across the UK and exports to over 80 countries all over the world. We are a technologically advanced manufacturing group with a rich heritage dating back to 1675. Food Technical Roles – The Role: As part of our continued expansion in Food Safety & Technical roles we are looking both for experienced technical individuals and those seeking to develop their careers in this area. Food Technical Roles are varied and include – Key Responsibilities: - Project management of brand and customer initiatives - Providing support to the sales force to promote our products - Interpretation of legislation and customer requirements - Creation, writing and maintenance of finished product specifications for our products - Collation, validation, and accurate input of data - Generating data for product briefs and reviewing artwork - Answering enquiries relating to the products including allergen, ingredient, and nutritional information Food Technical Roles – You: For experienced candidates, roles can be suited to relevant experience. For less experienced, or graduate candidates, a food or science-based degree or qualification would be useful as required. Little food industry experience is necessary.
