With significant investment in the UK market, the business is now looking to recruit a National Account Executive β Retail to support the growth of its retail customer portfolio.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the National Account Controller, the National Account Executive β Retail will play a key role in delivering strategic priorities across UK retail accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within a commercial FMCG role while gaining exposure across account management, insights, forecasting, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Retail Account Delivery β Assist in managing day-to-day retail customer needs
- Insight & Analysis β Run reports and analyse market data to provide commercial insights
- Customer Materials β Prepare presentations, manage line forms, imagery, pricing, and product availability data
- Cross-Functional Liaison β Act as a link between Supply Chain, Category and the NAC
- Forecasting & Service Levels β Support the commercial forecast process and work on improving accuracy and service
- Store Visits β Conduct regular visits to assess promotional compliance, merchandising, and competitor activity
- File & Data Management β Maintain up-to-date sales reports, promo analysis, and customer trading terms
- Meeting Support β Assist in customer meetings and internal reviews with key stakeholders

Candidate Requirements
You will have ideally gained some level of Commercial/National Account experience within Food Manufacturing. However, we are also open to other candidates who may not have worked directly in FMCG Sales. We welcome candidates from any of the following areas:
- Commercial Candidates from FMCG. (Food, Drink and Non-Food)
- Head Office Retail Side Candidates. (Buying, Merchandising, Commercial Analysis etc)
- Category Candidates from FMCG. (with an interest and natural affinity to sales)
- Regional Account/Territory Account Management Candidates. (who can display some level experience and interest in data analysis)
- Supply Chain/Demand Planning FMCG Candidates. (with an interest and natural affinity to sales)
All candidates will have:
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.

- Analytical, numerate, and confident working with data
- IT literate β Excel, PowerPoint, reporting platforms
