We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and skilled Careers and Information Advice and Guidance Officer to join our Community Learning team. In this role, you will play a key part in recruiting students and providing careers and education information, advice, and guidance across the Community Learning provision. You will also support curriculum colleagues by enabling them to deliver a high-quality, impartial Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) service to prospective and current students, as well as community learners, maximizing their opportunities for progression into further education, volunteering, or employment. Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively with Community Learning partners across the college, and with statutory and voluntary sector organisations, to recruit learners and deliver a high-quality Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) service. Support the Community Learning service in recruiting and retaining learners, ensuring contractual targets are met and learner success is achieved. Design and deliver employability skills sessions, providing tailored support with job searches, CV development, and interview preparation. About Community Learning at Morley Morley\’s community learning service is responsible for delivering courses and engagement activities for our most vulnerable communities, across the boroughs of Lambeth and Kensington & Chelsea. This provision continues the socially driven mission of our founders, Emma Cons and Samuel Morley, who created the college to help address local disadvantages. The community learning service works in partnership with local authorities, children\’s centres, and voluntary sector organisations in order to reach local residents who may lack the confidence, skills or financial resources to enrol at our three larger college centres.

Morley College London is a creative college, based around three main centres – North Kensington, Chelsea and Waterloo delivering accredited and non-accredited courses to the people of London.
