We are a friendly, well-established and client-focused firm based in Lanarkshire, seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a long-term opportunity offering genuine prospects for progression for the right candidate, within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

  • You will manage a varied and interesting private client caseload, including:
  • Executry and estate administration
  • Drafting Wills
  • Powers of Attorney
  • Providing clear, empathetic advice to clients at all stages
  • You will work closely with colleagues across the firm, contributing positively to a supportive team culture while maintaining high standards of client care.
  • The Ideal Candidate

    • 5–10 years’ post-qualification experience in private client work
    • Strong technical knowledge of executries, wills and POAs
    • Confident and personable with excellent client-facing skills
    • A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a supportive role
    • Professional, organised and client-focused in approach
