We are a friendly, well-established and client-focused firm based in Lanarkshire, seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Role
- You will manage a varied and interesting private client caseload, including:
- Executry and estate administration
- Drafting Wills
- Powers of Attorney
- Providing clear, empathetic advice to clients at all stages

- 5–10 years’ post-qualification experience in private client work
- Strong technical knowledge of executries, wills and POAs
- Confident and personable with excellent client-facing skills
