  • Senior Leadership Role: Data & Audiences- 12 month contract
  • The role is working for a leading CTV player and one which covers Audiences, data and product management.

The candidate will be both technical and commercially minded.

You will need to understand the Adtech ecosystem (CTV, SSP's DMP's, DSP's, Clean rooms etc..).

  • Retail media understanding - or someone who has worked for a client as Head of retail media would be very relevant
  • Senior leadership role within a newly integrated Product and Go-to-Market (GTM) function.

So this the successful candidate must come from a CTV, broadcast, Adtech and Tech product background.

Accountable for the strategy, readiness, launch, and commercial success of a regional Data & Measurement product portfolio.

Working closely with the sales, Product, ops and Analytics teams.

Oversees products including

  • First-party data assets wihtin CTV, retail media from a data and Audience view
  • Audience targeting and optimisation
  • Measurement and attribution solutions
  • Data integrations and partnerships
  • Insights and planning tools

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the product and GTM strategy for the Data & Measurement domain within a media and adtech environment.
  • Ensure products meet commercial, technical, regulatory, and privacy requirements before launch.
  • Act as the regional representative and influence global product roadmaps and priorities across.
  • Manage data infrastructure and integrations, ensuring compliance and commercial viability.
  • Gather customer and market feedback to shape product development and roadmap decisions.
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Create frameworks to monitor product adoption, performance, and success.
  • Drive sales enablement through training, collateral, insights, and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, marketing, analytics, legal, privacy, partnerships, and operations teams.
  • Provide thought leadership on data-driven advertising, audience targeting, measurement, and privacy trends.
