Senior Broadcast & CTV Sales Planning Lead

One of the most respected AdTech businesses in the CTV space is looking for a commercially-minded, strategic thinker to lead a newly created function at the intersection of sales planning, sponsorship strategy, and market intelligence.

We’re looking for someone who understands the world of broadcasters—someone who can take existing products, layer in data-led insights, and package them into compelling commercial solutions. This person will be a storyteller, a strategist, and a planner all in one—able to translate complexity into clear, concise narratives that drive sales success.

The Role:

  • Develop and refine sales packages, sponsorship opportunities, and go-to-market materials that combine commercial creativity with product and data expertise.
  • Build bespoke, revenue-generating sponsorship solutions using existing inventory, enhanced by the client’s market-leading ACR (Automatic Content Recognition) data.
  • Craft compelling narratives, case studies, and data-backed claims to articulate product value in a way that’s clear, persuasive, and client-ready.
  • Lead the market and competitive intelligence function—identifying trends, monitoring competitors, and delivering actionable insights to sales teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, strategy, and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans.
  • Create toolkits and enablement materials that empower commercial teams to pitch with confidence and clarity.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or go-to-market strategy—ideally within a broadcaster, CTV platform, or advanced video environment.
  • Strong understanding of video, TV, or CTV advertising—ideally with pan-European market exposure.
  • A strategic storyteller—someone who can distill complex solutions into simple, sharp, and impactful sales materials.
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in market research, competitive analysis, and turning insights into strategy.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and influencing senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Bonus: Experience working with ACR data or other advanced audience targeting solutions.
