We’re hiring on behalf of an innovative global technology business, looking for a highly capable Client Success & Solutions Specialist to join their growing UK team.
This role blends client engagement, solution delivery, and project coordination. You’ll work directly with key customers and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation and ongoing success of cutting-edge software solutions used worldwide—with a particular focus on clients and products within the Connected TV (CTV) and digital media space .
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner closely with customers from onboarding through deployment, ensuring a smooth and effective experience.
- Support the commercial team during the sales process with product insight and solution expertise.
- Manage multiple customer projects, aligning with technical, product, and support teams to meet delivery timelines.
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers across a variety of sectors, particularly within digital media and advertising.
- Help navigate complex buyer journeys involving multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject matter partner for clients using CTV and digital advertising solutions.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in client-facing roles where you’ve supported both pre-sale and post-sale efforts (e.g., solutions consulting, onboarding, implementation).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with precision.
- A natural communicator who can confidently engage both internal teams and external clients.
- Familiarity with Connected TV (CTV) , adtech , or digital media platforms is essential .
- Additional experience in broader SaaS, martech, or cybersecurity environments is a plus.
- Comfortable working remotely across UK hours, with occasional flexibility to collaborate across global time zones.
