We are a specialist recruitment agency that provides high-quality recruitment solutions to clients across Management Consultancy / Advisory, Media and Digital. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for providing a professional and efficient recruitment service to our clients and candidates. This will involve identifying and attracting top talent, managing the recruitment process, and building long-term relationships with clients and candidates. You will work closely with our experienced recruitment team and learn new skills and develop industry knowledge through our extensive training program. With the right attitude, you'll become a successful recruitment consultant.
Key Responsibilities- Learn and understand the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication and visits
- Identify and attract top talent through various recruitment methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events
- Manage the recruitment process, including CV screening, interviewing, and reference checking
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including placements, interviews, and client meetings
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates and clients, using our internal database and external sources
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including job postings and social media updates
- Participate in training and development programs to improve recruitment skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with the team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas
- 0-2 years of recruitment/professional sales experience (training will be provided for the right candidate)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proven sales or customer service experience (desired but not essential)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training will be provided)
