We’re excited to be partnering with a well-established omnichannel AdTech / Ad Network to find a well-connected and driven Publisher / Supply Development Manager to join their growing UK team. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who has circa 2–8 years’ experience building digital ad network partnerships in the UK and brings a strong black book of decision-makers across UK publishers.

The Opportunity
As Publisher Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding and strengthening the network’s publisher partnerships across the UK market. You’ll work closely with an experienced commercial and product team to drive supply growth and unlock new revenue opportunities for publishers.
What you’ll be doing
- Building and managing relationships with key UK publisher partners
- Identifying and onboarding high-quality publishers to the network
- Growing and optimising existing partnerships to maximise yield
- Working cross-functionally with internal teams across sales, product and operations
- Representing the company at industry events and within the UK digital ecosystem
What we’re looking for
- 2–8 years’ experience in publisher development, supply partnerships, or ad network growth
- Proven experience building digital ad networks or supply partnerships in the UK
- A stellar network of contacts across UK publishers
- Strong commercial instincts and relationship-building skills
