Our client, a leading media agency, are hiring for a Performance Director. You will spearhead best-in-class Performance media strategy, automation, and implementation across Paid Search and/or Paid Social & Digital Display. You will work with other digital leads in the agency to build a best-in-class performance team. You will be someone who can work autonomously, as well as collaboratively with both the junior and senior team. You will contribute and lead department workstreams as well as playing a key part in the development of our internal processes and our professional output, identifying areas of improvement and delivering solutions not just talking about them.

The Role

  • Lead the delivery of paid media campaigns
  • You will drive best-practice across the agency as well as building, developing and mentoring a talented performance team.
  • Manage PPC, Paid Social & Display campaigns for clients.
  • Lead the performance media team

The Candidate

  • Extensive Paid Search & Paid Social/or Display experience.
  • Sound knowledge of the digital advertising landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Highly analytical.
