The Opportunity

  • Lead and expand the London Transaction Services team within the UK Advisory division
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive business development, leveraging existing relationships
  • Deliver high-quality buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and transaction advisory services
  • Collaborate with private equity firms, lenders, and corporate acquirers on mid-market deals
