We're partnering with a global media and advertising technology business looking to hire a senior leader to shape the future of its audience, insight and data proposition across international markets.
This is a highly visible role sitting at the intersection of commercial strategy, product innovation and market development.
You'll be responsible for ensuring audience and measurement capabilities are aligned with customer needs, regional requirements and long-term business objectives.
The Opportunity
You'll act as the bridge between commercial teams, product stakeholders and technical partners, helping bring sophisticated data capabilities to market while influencing future product direction.
The role requires someone equally comfortable discussing advertising strategy with agency leaders as they are translating market requirements into product priorities.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Defining the regional strategy for audience, targeting, measurement and insight solutions.
- Influencing product development through a deep understanding of customer and market requirements.
- Acting as the senior subject matter expert for data-driven advertising, audience activation and campaign effectiveness.
- Working closely with commercial, analytics, partnerships, legal, privacy and product teams to drive adoption and growth.
- Developing compelling market narratives and sales enablement strategies around audience and measurement capabilities.
- Building strong feedback loops between customers, commercial teams and product stakeholders to ensure future development is aligned to market demand.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years' experience within Ad Tech, digital media, programmatic or advertising technology environments.
- Strong knowledge of audience targeting, advertising measurement, attribution and modern data solutions.
- Experience working with first-party data assets, identity solutions, data partnerships or privacy-centric advertising technologies.
- Proven ability to influence product roadmaps and represent regional commercial requirements within global organisations.
- A track record of leading cross-functional teams spanning commercial, technical and product disciplines.
- Strong understanding of the evolving privacy and regulatory landscape across European markets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for clients, agencies and internal stakeholders.
- International or multi-market experience within media, technology or advertising sectors.
