We're looking for a digitally-focused media professional with 3-5 years' agency experience who enjoys building client relationships as much as driving performance.
This could be the perfect opportunity for an Account Manager who is becoming increasingly involved in strategy, or a Digital Planner looking for greater client ownership and influence.
You'll work closely with clients to develop digital media strategies, uncover growth opportunities, and turn insight into action across paid media channels.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients
- Developing digital media strategies aligned to business objectives
- Leading planning discussions and presenting recommendations
- Analysing campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities
- Translating data and insights into clear, actionable plans
- Working collaboratively with specialist activation teams to deliver results
About You
- 3-5 years' experience within a digital or media agency
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- A solid understanding of digital channels and performance marketing
- Experience contributing to media strategy, planning and forecasting
- Commercially minded with strong analytical capabilities
- Comfortable presenting recommendations backed by data and insight
This role would suit someone who enjoys the strategic side of digital media and wants to become a genuine adviser to clients, rather than simply managing campaign delivery.
