We are hiring for a Sales Manager – Platform & Data Partnerships to join a growing commercial team operating within the programmatic advertising ecosystem. This role is focused on driving revenue through strategic relationships with SSPs and data partners.
You will own commercial performance across a portfolio of supply side platforms, managing opportunities from initial outreach through to live activation and long-term expansion. The role combines new business development with partner growth, working cross-functionally to ensure successful execution and sustained revenue delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Generate revenue across assigned SSP and data partnerships
- Identify, qualify, and close new commercial opportunities
- Lead negotiations and commercial structuring across platform relationships
- Build and present campaign and data-driven proposals
- Manage partner onboarding and post-launch performance
- Track adoption, revenue trends, and expansion opportunities
- Act as the internal voice of partners, feeding market insight into product and go-to-market strategy
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting
- 2–4 years’ experience in programmatic sales, platform partnerships, or commercial adtech roles
- Hands-on experience working with SSPs, DSPs, or data platforms
- Proven ability to deliver against revenue or growth targets
- Confident communicator, comfortable presenting and influencing stakeholders
- Consultative, relationship-led approach to selling
- Self-motivated, highly organised, and detail-focused
- Commercially curious and solutions-oriented
- Fluent German (written and spoken)
