We're seeking an experienced Planning Account Director to provide strategic leadership and integrated planning expertise within one of our client teams. In this role, you'll partner closely with senior stakeholders while leading planning activity across a portfolio of clients, ensuring every recommendation is insightful, effective and aligned to client objectives.
As a central figure within the planning team, you'll collaborate with Account Directors, Managers and Executives across a diverse client base, ranging from commercially driven brands to mission-focused charitable organisations. You'll be responsible for turning client briefs into clear, actionable strategies, raising the quality of planning output, and fostering an environment where exceptional work can thrive.
The ideal candidate will bring strong multi-channel planning experience, commercial awareness, and a natural ability to connect strategy with execution.
