We’re working with one of our longstanding AdTech clients to hire a Regional Agency Sales Manager based out of their Manchester office. This is a senior, commercially focused role with a full-stack programmatic video and CTV platform, well established in the UK market and highly regarded by agencies for both technology and service.
The Role
- You’ll be responsible for owning and growing agency revenue across Manchester and the wider Northern region, acting as the face of the business to key digital agency partners.
- This is a hands-on sales role combining new business, account growth, and senior agency relationship management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and expanding senior relationships with digital and media agencies across Manchester and the North
- Driving revenue through programmatic video and CTV solutions
- Managing and growing a defined patch of agency accounts
- Identifying new agency opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships
- Working closely with internal teams (trading, product, client services) to deliver best-in-class campaigns
- Representing the business at industry events and agency meetings across the region
About You
You’ll be a proven AdTech sales professional with deep agency experience in the Northern market. We’re looking for:
- Extensive experience selling AdTech solutions into digital/media agencies
- Strong track record in programmatic, video, and ideally CTV
- Established relationships with agencies in Manchester and the wider Northern region
- A consultative, commercially sharp sales approach
- Comfortable working autonomously while being part of a collaborative sales team
- Based in (or able to regularly work from) Manchester
