We’re looking for a Delivery Lead to own the successful delivery of Google Workspace, data, and AI transformation projects for customers, ensuring technology is not only implemented, but truly adopted and delivers real business value. This is a hands-on delivery and outcomes-focused role where you act as a trusted partner, turning business challenges into simple, effective, human-centred solutions.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Google Workspace migrations, data/analytics platforms, and AI adoption programmes.
- Lead full project lifecycles from scoping through to adoption.
- Deliver Google Workspace migrations (email, Drive, calendars, permissions, cutover planning).
- Oversee data projects using tools like BigQuery and Looker to enable better decision-making.
- Embed AI tools (e.g. Gemini and agents) into real day-to-day workflows.
- Drive user adoption, training, and change management.
- Act as a clear, trusted advisor to customers throughout delivery.
