A leading independent media agency is seeking an experienced and dynamic Multi-Channel Media Planning Account Director to lead media planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive expertise in both digital and traditional media, with a proven ability to develop integrated media strategies that maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of integrated media plans encompassing online (digital, social, programmatic, search) and offline (TV, radio, print, out-of-home) channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and translating them into effective multi-channel strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, digital, and offline teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Analyze industry trends and consumer insights to inform media planning and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of media planners, fostering professional development and best practices.
  • Oversee campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize effectiveness across all channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in media planning, with a strong background in both online and offline media channels.
  • Demonstrated success in developing integrated, multi-channel media strategies.
  • Excellent client management, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
  • Proficiency in media planning and analytics tools, with a solid understanding of media buying and trafficking processes.
