We are looking for a personable and enthusiastic Retail Store Assistant to join the MORI team. As a small but mighty team, we are looking for candidates with a genuine passion for retail who will roll their sleeves up and be strong ambassadors for our brand. This role is key to our customer experience both in-store and online.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Manage the sales floor and ensure product is kept neat, organised and stocked.
- Assist in the maintenance of all shop floor and stockroom inventory.
- Share product knowledge with customers and champion our products.
- Help to monitor store security through vigilant customer service.
- Support store administration and comply with internal policies and procedures and statutory best practice.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the head office teams on product, marketing and growth initiatives.
- Preferable previous retail experience, including experience of developing customer rapport to drive sales.
- A compassionate and consultative approach to customers.
