About Mori

MORI is a digitally native, omnichannel baby and children's sleepwear brand established and headquartered in London. We exist to empower families to sleep better. We're a hard-working, close-knit team building a brand loved by parents globally, sold through our own DTC channels alongside major wholesale partners including NEXT, John Lewis, M&S, and Nordstrom.

Behind the brand is a genuinely global supply chain: two 3PL operations, final mile carriers, and a network of curated suppliers spanning ecomm, wholesale, retail stores, and dropship. Running that smoothly, and making it better, is what this team does. For a young emerging brand, we've built real scale fast, recognised through awards including Best Baby Brand (2018, 2019, 2020), Most Eco-Friendly Brand (2020, 2021, 2022), The Queen's Awards for Enterprise (2022), Can't Live Without Parenting Product (2021, 2023), Made for Mum (2024), and Best Baby Gift, Absolutely Mama (2026).

The Role

You'll own the day-to-day running of our supply chain and logistics operations, working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and freight forwarders across our 3PL operations and final mile carriers. This is a hands-on ownership role with a clear path to Senior Operations Coordinator as you build depth in 3PL management.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of our omni-channel warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Includes e-commerce, wholesale, stores, and dropship.
  • Monitor and control warehouse order fulfilment and shipping processes. Challenge the 3PLs and partners where required.
  • Support the development and rollout of strategies to optimise warehouse operations and reduce costs.
  • Take corrective action to prevent aged or damaged stock building up. Own packaging, ordering and staying on top of packaging and gift wrap stock. Conduct regular warehouse visits (see attendance below) to ensure processes are being adhered to.

Reporting And Analysis

  • Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance, shipping metrics, and cost analysis.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in warehouse and shipping operations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data-driven analysis.
  • Use AI tools to develop and improve reporting suites.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support cross-functional projects aimed at optimising operations and reducing costs.
  • Work closely with the customer care team to identify and drive down customer issues.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations, with a track record of owning processes or outcomes end-to-end (not people management).
  • Working knowledge of 3PL operations, with ambition to build this into senior-level expertise.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft software suites.
  • Experience working within an omni-channel sales environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using AI tools to create efficiencies and solve problems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge and experience within the apparel industry is preferable.

Personal Attributes

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proactive and comfortable owning problems and driving them to resolution independently.
  • Confident influencing suppliers, 3PLs, and internal stakeholders without formal authority over them.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Location & Attendance

  • Full-time 40 hours per week
  • Based at our West London HQ, with regular travel to our warehouse in East Grinstead.
  • Hybrid working: Minimum 2 days per month at HQ and 2 days per month at the warehouse

Benefits

  • 24 days holiday leave annually + UK public bank holidays
  • Flexible working hours
  • Enhanced parental leave policy
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Up to 50% discount on our collections
