- 5+ years in Dev Ops, SRE, or cloud/platform engineering.
- Deep AWS experience and infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform or similar).
- Strong with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
- Calm under pressure and good at preventing fires, not just fighting them.
- Automation‑minded and happy to adopt AI ops tooling.
