Looking for an enthusiastic Quality biased, Safety & Compliance Advisor (Construction) for a hybrid role, combining site presence with systems management. This is not a “clipboard” position — we’re looking for someone who can genuinely deliver across Quality and Health & Safety, embedding standards into live projects.

You’ll carry out site visits, manage audits, NCRs and corrective actions, support CDM compliance, and ensure systems are practical and effective. We need someone with steel industry & construction experience who’s confident on site, able to influence teams, and focused on driving real improvements rather than just reporting issues.
