WHY WE THINK YOU WILL LOVE THIS ROLE

We are McDonald’s UK & ROI Digital & Games agency, delivering experiences for nearly 4 million customers every day. Our remit is incredibly varied, and is focused on the Digital & Games output with the ROI marketing client. We are an extension of their Marketing Team and work in an integrated fashion with our partner agencies to lead all Digital & Games activities (e.g. Monopoly at McDonald’s and Digital Sales promos on their My McDonald’s App). Monopoly at McDonald’s is by far the largest and most integrated campaign that we deliver for McDonald’s every year (Now in its 20th year in the UK and 10th year in the Republic of Ireland). It’s also one of the biggest campaigns that the McDonald’s Marketing team deliver within their calendar!

At tms, we partner with the wider agency group to deliver the campaign to launch whilst specifically delivering the Irish approach compared to the UK, game mechanics, packaging, UX, Design and Build of the in-app game from start to finish. This role is responsible for supporting the SAM in delivering the execution of the Monopoly campaign. This includes design development, mechanic delivery, partner and prize pool day-to-day management, legal processes (from facilitating approvals on creative work, to helping develop and review promotional Terms & Conditions), developing all the promotional packaging as well as supporting the operations team in the delivery of the campaign to market. Outside of Monopoly, there’s the opportunity to sink your teeth into other projects where required in the ROI market as they complement calendar activity with the UK so there are gift with purchases or sales promos that can also take place in ROI as well.
