About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing home care team serving the Wichita area. The Registered Nurse will manage a caseload of home care patients, complete comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, coordinate services with interdisciplinary team members, and promote positive patient outcomes through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Position Overview

The Home Care RN is responsible for providing skilled nursing services, supervising patient care, and ensuring compliance with physician orders, state regulations, and agency standards. This position offers autonomy in the field while working closely with office leadership, caregivers, therapists, physicians, and families to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete comprehensive patient assessments and admissions
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care
