We are seeking someone to join our Team as Full Stack Engineer – Python. In this role, you’ll work on high-impact projects that test, validate, and optimize our algorithmic trading systems. You’ll build scalable, automated testing frameworks and intuitive web applications that help our engineers monitor and improve performance. You'll work closely with quant strategists and developers, gaining hands-on exposure to the inner workings of modern electronic trading.

This is a software engineering position at Vice President level, which is part of the job family responsible for providing specialist cyber expertise and creating solutions that protect the organization's systems and networks against actual and potential security threats and vulnerabilities.

What You’ll Do In The Role:

  • Develop automation frameworks using Python to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our trading systems.
  • Build internal web tools and applications that help teams visualize, analyze, and manage test data and system health.
  • Run performance and load tests to ensure systems operate reliably under demanding conditions.
  • Contribute throughout the development lifecycle — from design to deployment — with real ownership of your work.
  • Promote strong engineering practices, from code quality to testing standards and CI/CD processes.

What You’ll Bring To The Role:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced Python skills and familiarity with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and testing tools such as pytest or unittest.
  • Experience building and deploying full-stack applications (React, Angular, or Vue.js on the front end; REST APIs, FastAPI, or similar on the back end).
  • Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
  • A good grasp of software testing principles and experience with automation tools.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

Nice To Have:

  • Experience working with trading systems or electronic markets.
  • Understanding of market structure, order types, and trade lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with the FIX protocol (Financial Information eXchange).
  • Familiarity with exchange connectivity and real-time trading data.
  • Knowledge of risk management and post-trade processes in a trading environment.
