eFX Trading – Analyst / Associate
London
We are looking for an analyst/associate to join our FX trading team in London focusing on electronic risk management in spot, 1month NDF and metals products. You will be working closely with experienced traders as part of a global team. You will engage closely with key stakeholders across our strat, technology and sales teams and lead numerous initiatives to increase monetization and tap into new business opportunities.

What will you be doing?
- Responsible for trading and risk management of electronic foreign exchange products.
- Understand a wide variety of market dynamics and warehouse complex risk, overlaying market views and predictive value from available data and alphas.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and manage, hedge, and trade the firm’s risk exposures from our accumulated positions.
- Drive and prioritize new products based on internal and external feedback and requirements.
- Manage the technology pipeline of work from a trading perspective.
- Research and develop alpha signals in collaboration with our strat and technology teams.
- Directly contribute to the improvement of our pricing and systematic hedging models.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven years of experience in electronic market-making or managing systematic strategies, preferably in FX products.
- Experience with mathematical and statistical models. Knowledge of volatility and stochastic models is a plus.
- Experience using Bloomberg, Python, KDB and other statistical modelling tools. Java experience is a plus.
- Ability to process large amounts of data and optimise/ extract predictive value and articulate this into alpha research and collaborate with quants and technology to develop signals.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, innovative and pro-active problem-solving.
- Thoughtful judgement and decision making in managing complex risk.
- Commercial, entrepreneurial spirit and understanding of market participants and trading behaviours.

This role is deemed as a Certified role and may require the role holder to hold mandatory regulatory qualifications or the minimum qualifications to meet internal company benchmarks.
