- 55000The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cash & Working Capital Analyst to join a busy finance team.
This role is ideal for a part-qualified finance professional looking to develop their treasury, cash management and working capital experience within a fast-paced environment.
You'll play a key role in managing cash flow forecasting, banking activities, financial reporting and process improvement initiatives, while working closely with both UK and international stakeholders.Key responsibilities include:Managing daily cash positions and liquidity requirementsMaintaining and updating cash flow forecastsProcessing and approving payments through online banking platformsActing as a key contact for banking relationships and queriesMonitoring and reporting on working capital performanceProducing regular cash, debt and financial performance reportsReviewing bank reconciliations and supporting month-end processesPreparing VAT returns and assisting with regulatory submissionsMaintaining banking mandates, user access and controlsSupporting internal audit and compliance requirementsIdentifying opportunities to improve, streamline and automate finance processesAssisting with finance transformation and shared service initiativesWorking closely with UK and overseas teams to ensure accurate financial processingSupporting stakeholder queries and resolving finance-related issuesEssential:3-5 years' experience within a finance, treasury or working capital roleExperience with cash flow forecasting and cash managementStrong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable and working capital principlesExperience preparing reconciliations and financial reportsStrong Excel skillsExperience using finance systems and ERP platformsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsEffective communication and stakeholder management skillsDesirable:Experience working with shared service or offshore finance teamsKnowledge of Power BIExperience supporting process improvement projectsExposure to treasury or banking operationsAAT qualifiedStudying towards ACCA or CIMADegree not essentialMorgan Spencer – Your Career, Our Expertise Morgan Spencer is one of London's leading Executive Secretarial and Business Support recruitment consultancies, connecting high-calibre professionals with outstanding opportunities.Equal Opportunities Morgan Spencer is committed to equality, diversity and inclusion and welcomes applications from all suitably qualified candidates.Confidentiality & GDPR All applications are handled in strict confidence and in full compliance with UK GDPR. xsabvtc
